When the matter came up for hearing on 28.02.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioners called absent and there was no representation on their behalf. Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the writ petition.
