THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45032 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to proceed with the investigation in F.I.R. No.239 of 2015 and take action against the unofficial respondents.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, though the 4th respondent registered a case in F.I.R. No.239 of 2015 against the unofficial respondents for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w 34 IPC on 21.09.2015, so far, no steps have been taken and charge sheet has not been filed before the court concerned.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to complete the investigation in F.I.R. No.239 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
