The appellant represented by his wife as GPA holder and the respondent-party in person present and the memorandum of the compromise terms reduced to writing with their signatures when read over and explained to them, they admitted the terms as true and correct and voluntarily entered to act upon and to record. Having regard to the above, the I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and the Appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise memo. The compromise memo is to be appended as part of the compromise decree.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
