THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10043 of 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons disclosed in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting the investigation in Crime No.384/2010 on the file of Afzalgunj P.S is biased, contrary to judicial precedents and consequently direct any other investigating agency to the Hyderabad District to conduct investigation into Crime No.384/2010 of Afzalgunj P.S and submit the Charge sheet before the appropriate court and pass."

When the matter is called today, written instructions, dated 29.01.2016 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Afzalgunj Police Station, Hyderabad City, have been produced before this Court by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions, which are placed on record, disclose that after completion of the investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Court of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad and the same is numbered as C.C.No.743 of 2014.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
