THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1687 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the fact that investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall continue to its logical end. However, Police of Inkollu Police Station, Prakasam District, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. during the course of investigation towards the petitioners.

The petitioners/Accused Nos.3,5,6 and 7 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
