THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37001 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K.Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation on 29.09.2018 to the first respondent but no action has been taken so far. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Assistant Solicitor General that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the first respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to verify the representation, dated 29.09.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
