Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"....to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the Respondents 3 & 4 not conducting survey and demarcate the land an extent of 4 square yards and allot the same to (Convention of Baptist Churches of Northern Circars) C.B.C.N.C., after demarcation as illegal, arbitrary and consequentially direct the Respondents 3 & 4 to conduct survey and demarcate the subject land, allot the same to the subject church on fixing the boundary stones." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he made a representation on 27.06.2016 with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the Church land, till date no orders are passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner is not the owner of the land, as such, he has no right to make an application seeking survey of the land referred to above.
CPK,J WP_43645_2016 He further submits that only the authorities of Church can make an application.

Having regard to the above and since the representation dated 27.06.2016 made by the petitioner through Mee-seva was already entertained, the respondent authorities shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, keeping in view the person/authority, who made such representation, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR Date:15.12.2016 INL
