I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed seeking to permit the petitioner/ appellant to withdraw the Appeal Suit.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant. No representation for the respondent.

In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it is stated that the parties have settled the matter at the instance of Village elders.

Under these circumstances, permission is granted and I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed. Consequently, A.S.No.1722 of 2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
