This Writ Petition is filed challenging the docket order, dated 12.03.2014, passed in S.A.No.26 of 2014 by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 - Bank that the outstanding amount is about Rs.25,00,000/- and by the impugned order, dated 12.03.2014, the Tribunal has granted stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the Possession Notice, dated 06.12.2013, on condition of petitioners depositing Rs.6,00,000/- in two installments.

The impugned order is passed by the Tribunal as early as on 12.03.2014 and from 15.04.2014 onwards, the matter has undergone several adjournments and on 23.06.2015, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, it was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioners and there is no

representation on their behalf.
