THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.36947 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given representation dt.06.07.2018 to 3rd respondent in regard to claim of interest @ 18% per annum for delayed period caused for adjusting the excess amount collected from the petitioner, and that the 3rd respondent had not taken any action thereon.

Sri N.Siva Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
