O R D E R

Alleging that respondents 2 to 5 - police authorities, are interfering in civil dispute and insisting the petitioner to settle the civil dispute in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Chilkur Police Station, Suryapet District, dated 10.10.2018 stating that based on a complaint of one Mr. Satyanarayana Nunna, case in Cr. No. 111 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner and four others, on the file of Chilkur Police Station, for the offences under Sections 447, 506 and 290 IPC.

It is stated that except registering the crime and conducting investigation, the respondent - police authorities, did not interfere with the civil dispute at any point of time, as alleged by the petitioner. The other allegations of the petitioner in the writ affidavit are also denied. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent - police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third party. It is made clear that this order will not preclude the police from investigating into the crime referred to above, in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
