HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 6 9 5 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that a case in Cr.No.90 of has been registered on 28.10.2018 on the file of Ramakuppam Police Station for the alleged offences under Sections 452, 323 and 324 r/ w 34 I.P.C.

However, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that there is abnormal delay in registration of the crime and reason for the said delay is not forthcoming. Leaving it open for the petitioner herein to file an appropriate Writ Petition pointing out the said aspect, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
