This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking bail in crime No.72 of 2015 on the file of the Government Railway Police Station, Samarlakot, East Godavari District, registered for the offences under Section 8(c) read with 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Heard and perused.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner/accused was dismissed by this Court as the Ganja seized was commercial quantity. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A.3.
