HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 30674 of 2013 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) 1) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging their eviction from the premises which formed a secured asset in favour of the first respondent.
2) Heard Ms. Sunita Nawandar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Maruthi Jadav, learned counsel for the first respondent-bank. 3) It is stated by the learned counsel for the Bank that all the petitioners were dispossessed from the property on 15.01.2013. The writ petition was filed in October, 2013. For the past six years the petitioners are out of possession. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition stand dismissed. No order as to costs. _____________________ V.
