THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12805 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that their land was acquired for the purpose of Chintalapudi Lift Irrigation Project and an award was also passed under the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act') but the full details thereof, as contemplated under Sub-Clause (2) of Section (30) of the Act, in Telugu language have not been furnished to the petitioners.

2. The Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the respondents states that the respondents will comply with SubClause (2) of Section (30) of the Act within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to issue details of payment of compensation, as contemplated in Sub-Clause (2) of Section (30) of the Act, to the petitioners within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
