It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in Crl.P.No.10513 of 2018, dt. 03.10.2018. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Criminal Petition is to be allowed on the same lines to that of Crl.P.No.10513 of 2018, dt. 03.10.2018.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed at the stage of admission itself, and the further proceedings in C.C.No.621 of 2016 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarkhani, Peddapalli District, are hereby quashed.

The Registry is directed to append the copy of Crl.P.No.10513 of 2018, dt. 03.10.2018 to this petition.

The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
