HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.15774 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to declare the action of the respondent Municipality in not taking any action and not passing any orders considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 13.05.2011 for canceling the House Number i.e. 5-3-162/ 6 allotted in favour one Padmanayaka Velama Seva Samithi Korutla, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, direct the respondent authority to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 13.05.2011, and cancel the house number i.e. 5-3-162/ 6 allotted in favour of one Padmanayaka Velama Seva Samithi Korutla.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner informed that while admitting the writ petition, this Court passed interim order directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.05.2011, and pass appropriate orders, and in pursuance of the said interim order, the 1st respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and passed orders, and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
