HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.44983 of 2016 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the issuance of Lookout Circular (LOC) against the petitioner in Crime No.3 of 2015 W.P.S., DD, CCS, Hyderabad in C.C.No.89 of 2016 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary and recall the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already surrendered and obtained bail by producing sureties. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already surrendered and obtained bail by producing sureties, the Lookout Circular issued against the petitioner is hereby recalled.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
