ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A4 to A6 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.469 of 2013 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, against them.

2. It is alleged in the charge sheet that the marriage of the second respondent was performed with A1 on 18.08.2006 and subsequently, A1 with the support of A2 to A6 used to harass her mentally and physically by demanding additional dowry of Rs.2 lakhs and also used to beat her mercilessly.

3. In view of the allegations mentioned in the complaint and also the nature of proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the interim order passed by this Court on 24.02.2014 dispensing with the presence of the petitioners-A4 to A6 in C.C.No.469 of 2013 except on the dates whenever their presence is specifically required by the Court, shall continue till disposal of C.C.No.469 of 2013.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
