THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.1215 OF 2011 JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed assailing the decree and judgment dated 11.03.2011 in A.S.No.73 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District Judge, Kadapa. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
