JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 110 OF 2015 J U D G M E N T: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned counsel for the appellant has circulated a letter to the Registry on 30.10.2015 duly enclosing a letter received from the appellant-wife requesting for withdrawing the Appeal preferred against the decree of divorce granted in O.P.No. 47 of 2012 dated 17.12.2014. This request is not opposed by the respondent also. In this view of the matter, this Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
