Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
Petitioner's service was termination by 1st respondent in March 2013 without conducting any enquiry. Petitioner has an effective alternative remedy in invoking Section 2-A (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 before the concerned Labour Court. In view of such effective alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail above alternative remedy. No costs. 4.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
