Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.G.Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.

Since the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy by way of an appeal under Section 45-AA of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948, against the impugned order, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
