HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.37817 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that respondents are not considering the representation dated 27-07-2018 made by him in respect of his grievance in the writ petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of the averments in the writ affidavit goes to show that a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and 7th respondent and that the petitioner is one of the defendants in the suit filed by the 7th respondent. More so, this Court cannot decide the title dispute between the petitioner and the 7th respondent by going into disputed questions of fact.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 22-10-2018 Nvl
