Subhash Reddy) This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed alleging that the respondents have violated the directions issued by this Court in the order, dated 27.08.2015, in W.P.No.27448 of 2015.

It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that after filing this Contempt Case, respondents have complied with the order, dated 27.08.2015, and as such, petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. In view of the compliance of the order, dated 27.08.2015, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. No costs.
