HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20138 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he was assigned land to an extent of Ac.3.43 cents in Sy.No.332/1B, in Chakalikonda Village, Vinjamur Mandal, Nellore District in the year 1968 and his name was also recorded in Pahanis/Adangals. While so, basing on the representation of the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent has unlawfully removed the name of the petitioner from the Adangal and incorporated the name of the 5th respondent with respect to petitioner's land. Immediately, the petitioner made an application on 21.09.2015 to the 4th respondent requesting him to correct the entry in the Adangal. As no orders are passed, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application dated 21.09.2015 submitted by the petitioner after giving notice to the 5th respondent and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
