Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of Appellant.

Sri R. Bhagavanth Reddy, learned counsel for respondent, brought to the notice of this Court that tenant had already vacated the suit premises on 16.06.2016 and furnished a copy of delivery warrant and panchanama, for perusal of this Court.

Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
