THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.36933 OF 2018 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 10.10.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police Malkajgiri Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance to the present Writ Petition, read as under:

"Basing on the said complaint GD entry was made on 28.09.2018 vide Sl.No.14 at 11.30 hours and the respondent police conducted counselling to both parties as the matter is related to matrimonial. Except that the respondent police never calling the police station frequently and keeping him in the police station from morning to evening in barrack room as alleged by him. Hence the allegations against the police are false and baseless and denied. Further writ petition liable to be dismissed".
