HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5952 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/ Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.119 of 2013 on the file of Special Mobile Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada, East Godavari District, where the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A and 506 IPC, which is outcome of report of 1st respondent-de facto complainant in Crime No.95 of 2013 of Indrapalem Police Station, East Godavari District.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the respondent-State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that the calendar case was ended in acquittal after full dressed trial and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
