The revision petition is disposed of instead of keeping it pending before admission by modifying the order of the lower Court in upholding the appointment of commissioner to note down the physical features, by further adding to incorporate in the warrant by virtue of this order "and also to answer the work memos and cover physical features by audio and video at the expenses of the petitioner initially". Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
