THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.568 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, is filed alleging wilful disobedience to the order, dated 20.03.2013, in W.P.No.7424 of 2007.

Petitioner, who was in the services of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, was dismissed from service as a disciplinary measure. Questioning the dismissal order, he filed an application being O.A.No.6683 of 2005 before the A.P. Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') and the same was allowed vide order dated 22.12.2006 setting aside the orders of dismissal. Assailing the same, the respondents have filed W.P.No.7424 of 2007 before this Court. By order dated 20.03.2013, this Court, while dismissing the writ petition, directed the authorities to reinstate the petitioner into service.

In this contempt case, it is the case of the petitioner that in spite of specific directions for his reinstatement with all consequential benefits, the respondents have wilfully and deliberately violated the orders of this Court by not paying such benefits pursuant to the reinstatement order.

So far as the petitioner's reinstatement into service is concerned, the 1st respondent has issued G.O.Rt.No.234 dated 12.02.2014, directing for reinstatement of the petitioner into service

as per the orders of the Tribunal as well as this Court, and the same is stated even in the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Appeals (TG) appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that all the consequential benefits payable to the petitioner will be paid within a period of eight weeks from today.

Recording the abovementioned submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
