THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14537 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought in the Writ Petition is as follows: "...........declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in trying to dispossess the occupants in spite of Civil Court's order of Injunction in the name of police investigation in FIR. No.480/2014 dt. 21.12.2014 and IFR. No.27/2015 dt. 21.01.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Injunction Order in I.A.No.360/2014 in O.S. No.1748/2014 on the file of Hon'ble IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 not to dispossess the Petitioner from the property bearing H. No.103-192/B/21/A, admeasuring 125 Sq. Yds situated at Humayun Nagar, Hyderabad in the interest of justice."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) on instructions stated that the allegation of the petitioner that the police have tried to dispossess him from the property in question in spite of the civil Court's order is not correct. In view of aforesaid submission, I am of the opinion that there are no grounds to entertain this Writ Petition. If the injunction is subsisting, the remedy of the petitioner is elsewhere.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
