This appeal is filed under Section 96 CPC aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 01.12.2013 in O.S.No.289 of 2011 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal suit and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 28.11.2017 before the Registry. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
