THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10853 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 5 to quash the proceedings against them in Calendar Case No.255 of 2016 pending on the file of the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Warangal, Telangana State, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 27.08.2018, passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition also stands allowed in terms of the said common order. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the present Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
