When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case ended in acquittal of the accused on 21.03.2016 in C.C.No.19 of 2016 on the file of XIII A.C.M.M., Nampally, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
