Petitioner challenges the order of suspension of authorization dated 19.11.2016 by filing appeal on 17.12.2016 before the second respondent. One of the grievances at present is that the second respondent is neither taking up the stay petition nor a date for hearing the appeal is given.

I have perused the material available on record and I am satisfied the grievance of petitioner is required to be noted and appropriate directions issued.
1. The second respondent is directed to fix a date for hearing of stay petition within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass orders as are warranted in the fact situation of the case.
2. The second respondent is further directed to hear and dispose of the appeal within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. Petitioner is given liberty to communicate copy of the order to second respondent within one week from today.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
