This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing the posting order in spite of submission of representation, dated 26-03-2016.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner got an order of appointment and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
