ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 30.12.2013 in WPMP No.15306 of 2013, the petitioners were absorbed as Mechanical Supervisors (Trainee) under department quota.

Since the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed pursuant to the said interim order granted by this Court on 30.12.2013 in WPMP No.15306 of 2013, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
