B. Madhavamma v. The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation,

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10616 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of respondents herein in not appointing of the petitioner to the post of conductor is bad, arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of conductor with all consequential service benefits (except seniority) along with her batch mates and pass such other order or orders which this Court deems fit and proper."

2. Heard Sri P.Venkateshwer Rao, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel, appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein may be permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondents and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the learned standing counsel.

4. For the aforesaid reasons and recording the said submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit a representation to the respondents for redressal of her grievance, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is submitted within the time stipulated, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of two months

thereafter.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 31.03.2016 SS
