Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TS).

Writ Petition Nos. 2049, 2050 and 2051 of 2014 were disposed of by common order dated 13.6.2014 directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adilabad division, Adilabad to clarify the issues on which letter was addressed by the District Registrar, Adilabad on 26.12.2013. Alleging that said order of this Court is not complied with, these contempt cases are filed. Counter affidavit is filed by Revenue Divisional officer- 5th respondent. 5th respondent avers that letter No. A/61/2014 dated 8.9.2014 was addressed to the District Registrar clarifying the issue on the subject and orders of this Court were complied with. Copy of letter dated 8.9.2014 is enclosed to the counter affidavit.
