The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Revision, shall also stand dismissed.
