THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.22332 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the orders passed by the 1st respondent in No.S.III(3)9358/992000 dated 06.02.2012 directing the petitioner to retire on attaining the age of superannuation with effect 31.07.2012 treating her as non-teaching staff, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court on 30.07.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.28630 of 2012 granted interim order suspending the impugned proceedings dated 06.02.2012 insofar as the petitioner is concerned and directed the respondent University to continue the petitioner in service till she attains the age of 60(sixty) years. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education submits that in pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner was continued in service till she attained the age of 60 (sixty) years. As such, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of interms of the interim order dated 30.07.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.28630 of 2012. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
