This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the order dated 27.10.2014 passed in Memo S.R. No.2499 of 2014 in C.C. No.237 of 2014 on the file of the court of III Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
