Bhosale) Sri Papaiah Peddakula, learned counsel holding for Sri Praveen Kumar Dubey, advocate on record for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under Section 12 of the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 against levying lifetime tax and seizure of vehicle. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All contentions on merits are kept open.
