This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not considering petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2016 for release of vehicle bearing No.TS 04 UA 0284 seized by the Civil Supplies authorities on 17.09.2010 as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
