HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR W.P. Nos.34656, 34659 AND 34673 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER (ORAL) :

Since subject matter in all these writ petitions is one and the same, these writ petitions are being disposed of by this common order.

2. These writ petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not approving the list of the students admitted by the petitioners' institutions and not receiving the examination fee and applications of the petitioners' institutions for the academic year 2012-13 as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Section 14(6) of National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993, and in violation of principles of natural justice and for a consequential direction to the respondents to allow the students of the petitioners' institutions to write the examinations for the academic year 2012-13.

3. Heard Sri C. Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners in all the writ petitions, and learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondents, and perused the material on record.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the interim orders of this Court dated 05.12.2013 in W.P.M.P. Nos.43103, 43106 and 43120 of 2013 in the respective writ petitions, the respondents have received examination fee of the students of first year D.El.Ed. / D.Ed. Course for the academic year

2012-13 and permitted them to appear for first year examinations and even they have passed out after completing the two years course. It is also stated that respondent No.3 has issued memorandum of marks and certificates to the students, who were permitted to appear for examinations pursuant to the aforestated interim orders of this Court.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are required to be passed in these matters.

6. Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, these writ petitions are closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions stand closed.
