Jakkula Devavva, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 22437 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ......to issue a writ or any appropriate writ or writs or direction/ s more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in removing the petitioner from the service of providing mid day meals under the mid day meal scheme at Zilla Parishad High School for Boys, Kodimial Mandal, Karimnagar, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India."
During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions issued from the office of the District Educational Officer, Jagtial. From a perusal of the said instructions, it is evident that during the year 2015, ZPHS, Kodimial (Boys) school was merged in ZPHS (Girls), Kodimial, due to which, the MDM workers who worked in ZPHS (Boys), Kodimial, were removed and the old MDM agency i.e., Smt. K.Lalitha, Narsamma and Sarojana was continued in ZPHS, Kodimial. The above said written instructions are made part of the record.
In the light of the written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the present Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
