HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 16946 of 2015 ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner alleges that 5th respondent herein illegally occupied land belonging to him and constructed two rooms with ACC sheets and municipal authorities illegally granted him house number as 6-2-64/1 and 4th respondent sanctioned him electricity connection vide S C No. 464. Having come to know about the same, petitioner submitted a complaint dated 29.11.2014 to the third respondent-Commissioner, Paloncha Municipality. Based on the said complaint given by the petitioner, notice was caused to 5th respondent on 30.12.2014 and on 23.1.2015 orders were passed canceling the house number allotted to 5th respondent.

Petitioner filed further complaint on 7.4.2015 to the Commissioner alleging illegal construction made on the land owned by him and to remove the same and has also filed a complaint before the 4th respondent for disconnection of the electricity supply. Alleging that no action is taken on his complaints, this writ petition is filed. Having regard to the fact that the complaints submitted by the petitioner dated 7.4.2015 are pending consideration before respondents 3 and 4, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. It is needless to observe that before passing such orders, if necessary 5th respondent be put on notice and it is open for him to raise all contentions available to him under law.

Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
