HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 21389 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in not registering the FIR, arresting and filing of charge sheet against the 6th respondent in spite of reference, vide Disc.No.634 dated 18.05.2016, by the II Additional Magistrate of First Class, Khammam.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.399 of 2016 dated 04.07.2016 was registered and the investigation is in progress.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
