Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (AP) and with consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2 . The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 23.05.2016 made by him for release of layout is not considered by the respondents authorities till date.

3. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that steps are being taken for withdrawal of Writ Petition No.16238 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for an identical relief.

4. Having regard to the facts in issue, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 23.05.2016 made by the petitioner for release of lay out, as early as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTICE C.
